Personal Registration

Registering for our currency exchange service is a very simple three step process.

Before proceeding, please read our Terms and Conditions.

Step one

Under HM Customs and Excise regulations all customers need to provide the following:

Provide proof of identity.
Provide proof of residence.

As a result we need you to provide us with following documentation:

Copy of passport.
Two copies of utility bills which prove your address, such as bank statement, gas bill or electricity bills. Mobile phone bills cannot be accepted.

Step two

Download and fill-out the following registration document:

(right click link and choose 'Save Target As...')

Step three

Send the necessary documentation (as noted in Step 1) and your completed registration document (as noted in Step 2) to Capital IFX, via either of the following methods:
