Personal Registration
Registering for our currency exchange service is a very simple three step process.
Before proceeding, please read our Terms and Conditions.
Step one
Under HM Customs and Excise regulations all customers need to provide the following:
- Provide proof of identity.
- Provide proof of residence.
As a result we need you to provide us with following documentation:
- Copy of passport.
- Two copies of utility bills which prove your address, such as bank statement, gas bill or electricity bills. Mobile phone bills cannot be accepted.
Step two
Download and fill-out the following registration document:

Step three
Send the necessary documentation (as noted in Step 1) and your completed registration document (as noted in Step 2) to Capital IFX, via either of the following methods:
